We have many kinds of Christmas light for choice.
But Customers always have greater idea than we can imagine.
Below is how we start.
We started this new project in June 2019 and decided on the final solution in October.
The most critical aspect of this solution is to confirm the color temperature of the LED beads.
Here, we are very grateful to the customer Mr. R, because in the process of determining the details of the product, he has enough patience and wisdom to help us determine the feasibility of the program, and even send samples from distant Germany for reference.

Super bright F5 LED with 3AA battery box
5 meters transparent wires
3 option on box:
–1. ON
–2. TIMER
–3. OFF
The timer function means that the LED will remain lit for 6 hours, then extinguish for 18 hours and then cycle in this manner.
Problems to be solved in the early stage of the project:
1. Excessive load due to no resistance: the lamp is unusually bright at first, and after a few hours of continuous illumination, the light dims.
2. Customer want diffuse lighting with big beam angle, but the samples we provide are small angle focuse led light and bright F5 LEDs.
3. Our LED Light is too yellow,more white LED will make it looks better
Things get a lot easier when our customers send samples.
Our R&D department has customized a batch of 4000K F8 diffuser lamps to replace the previous focus lamp F5, and added a resistor in the battery box, now the lamp can work stably and maintain high brightness for a long time!
